We currently offer shipping to the following locations:

  • United States: All 50 states 
  • International: We do ship internationally to Australia, but shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. Please check at checkout for international shipping availability.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping times are estimated based on business days (Monday-Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days
  • Priority Shipping (U.S.): 1-2 business days

International shipping: Delivery times for international orders can range from 7-21 business days, depending on your destination and customs processing. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. During high-demand periods (e.g., sales, promotions, or holidays), processing times may take a bit longer. We’ll send you an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with tracking information (when available).

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you select. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $32 within the U.S. (excluding taxes and fees).

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if available) so you can track your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure your order is safely delivered, Dewy Care LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may require photos of the damage to help resolve the issue promptly.

For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees that may be imposed by the destination country.
